Andy’s career spans finance, operations, HR, and IT, giving him a well-rounded perspective on business scaling. He has held roles as VP of Finance in both manufacturing and service sectors, overseeing everything from accounting and payroll to ERP implementations and inventory systems. A pivotal moment in his journey was co-leading the acquisition and cultural transformation of Winkler Canvas, where he applied financial discipline to spark growth.
