He brings a structured, systems-driven approach to financial reporting, costing, and process improvement. Known for his calm execution and precision, Frank helps organizations strengthen their financial foundation and make clearer, more confident decisions.
Frank's story
Frank began his career in public accounting with Deloitte, where he built a strong foundation in audit, internal controls, and financial accuracy. He later moved into senior finance roles, leading a 20-person finance team at Mall del Sol (Nobis Group) and managing IFRS reporting to head-office leadership at SAAM. These roles deepened his expertise in financial operations, budgeting, cash-flow planning, capital asset management, and cross-border reporting.
Over the years, Frank has developed a reputation for translating complex financial data into clear insights. He is technically strong across SAP, MS Dynamics, Great Plains, and advanced Excel, and quickly adapts to cloud tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage. He also strengthened his financial analysis and modeling capabilities by completing his MBA as well as the FMVA® and FP&A specializations through CFI.
Now based in Winnipeg, Frank is completing the Business Accountancy Diploma at Red River College Polytechnic and plans to pursue his CPA designation.
