Mandy's story
Mandy has spent her career at the intersection of entrepreneurship and strategy. She founded and ran a marketing agency for nearly 12 years, working with dozens of entrepreneurial businesses across industries and gaining firsthand insight into what it takes to grow. From there, she expanded her leadership journey - serving as VP of Sales in real estate development, President of a manufacturing company, and personally leading an acquisition that gave her a deep understanding of organizational change and what it takes to pivot and remain agile.
Along the way, she has supported businesses and organizations in securing funding, raised investment capital, developing feasibility, operational and business plans, and stood alongside ambitious entrepreneurs pursuing growth. These experiences have fueled her drive to challenge the status quo, ask bold questions, and guide people toward the clarity that sparks both personal and business breakthroughs. Mandy’s path has equipped her with a holistic perspective on business - one that balances vision with structure and empathy with accountability.
